PropertyValuationSpain.com is a Dutch company led by international valuer and technical architect Jeroen Nieuwdam Van den Bogaert that specializes in Property Valuation, Building Assessment and Construction Supervision in Spain. Jeroen has been active in the housing market in Spain for 26 years and has more than earned his spurs. We know the Spanish housing market through and through; know what we are talking about and have a good command of the Spanish language; both verbally and in writing. Expertise and reliability speak for themselves. Our lines are short and communication with our clients is preferably informal.
